Senior Electro-Mechanical Technician at Schneider Electric
in Box Canyon, CA

Please give us a one liner to describe this review.

"Fair and good spirit."

What do you like about working at Schneider Electric?

"At Kavlico (previous years), it was a good company. After Schneider Electric bought this company, the management team badly managed the company, they do not know how to handle the business of the company, they transformed a good company, a make money one to a bad one; because they lost customers, they do not know how to maintain the good relationship with customers, specially, put the not enough ability engineers at the management position that drove all talented ones to quit, day after day business going down and cannot survive, and unable to compete with other competitors."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"1. Use the right ones in the right positions. 2. Do not discriminate, just because someone cannot speak English as fluent as native ones. 3. Strong management teams + strong production work force will surely drive the business of the company going up faster than everybody thought."

What don't you like about working at Schneider Electric?

"1. Treated unfairly towards employees, the good ones do not feel comfortable, quit. 2. Management team do not have enough ability (some were demoted due to lack of knowledge and then later they were re-promoted again, some at higher level. 3. Good engineers, technicians felt bad about the management teams. 4. Unfairly treated good employees just because they are not at the same side."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"1. Management team must fairly treat employees, good review to the good ones, not just because he is or is not at the same side. 2. Create the friendly, family atmosphere at production floor. 3. Be nice towards all employees, specially towards the good ones (not like the recent years, everything is bad)."
