"Volatile work environment. Little to no job security. Poor vacation leave plan. Limited medical in-network doctors. A bit frivalous about spending their money. They hire too many, then lay off too many. Very cyclical."

"The people are optimistic, honest, proactive, initiative and energetic person. They are open-minded and dedicated to learning. They have a team spirit. They also have a very high commitment to the work and can work with minimum supervision from my supervisor."

"I could not balance between the works, learning, and spending time to relax. Sometimes, I have difficulty in shifting my mind from one subject to another. When I need to finish a certain thing for example to finish the report, I am struck to it until the report is completed, even if it takes me extra time."

"He should go to a job trainer and train other managers on how to do the job professionally. My manager Oswaldo Ochoa is brilliant and dedicated to his work."
