"Sr. Developer is different in different groups at BMC. In platform group it could be challenging enough, in Applications group, its all built on AR System where the developer uses Developer Studio and other tools similar to end user. I'm not leveraging my java and database skills. Due to acquisition not much enhancements and features are see. Sr. Developer in an applications group is like DBA working on tools."

"Really smart and professional people work at WebMD. I don't think they made the right decision to let me (and the other ~249 folks) go but I totally support their decision."

"Well, due to ~17% advertising drop they needed to do a RIF. I got tagged otherwise I'd still be there."
