"I have a sense of mission about personal computing. I want to reach out to each user, and improve lives, even if just a little. Software, for me, is about how you treat people, how you guide them toward what they need to accomplish. However, being a Mac programmer since 1984, there have been ups and downs. It’s more secure today, but that means you have to keep up with new technologies all the time. I like doing that, but it is a treadmill."
