"I love the variety of the domains I walk into for each job. It brings a newly found excitement for the range of problems needs to be solved."
"I love completing an application milestone, successfully, on time, to the client's and my boss's satisfaction. I dislike obstacles to doing that, such as rancor between colleagues, confusion over requirements, or version differences between development, staging, and production environments -- but all of these things are challenges to work through, and not causes of failure to hate.Hate is a very strong word. If anything, I hate *not* meeting a deadline successfully, for any reason."
"I love being challenged with tasks. I love being exposed to new technology. I don't like pretense. I dislike those who are insubordinate."
"The working conditions were good. The salary was ok. The only problem I has is that it turned out that I did not like the banking area itself."
"I hate the administrative aspect of the position. I love the coding."
"I enjoy working with people a great deal. Solving problems and implementing solutions is what I do best. When those two aspects of the job come together I feel great accomplishment."
"Love to work with people willing to work and share ideas. Frustrating when part of your team does not want to do their share."
"Nothing much to say. I love coding and solving problems, so development comes naturally to me."
"Developing software is a passion, I feel good when I release within the time my work."

What don't you like about working at Backe Digital Brand Marketing?
"Fear of losing job, lack of sales assets, abusive senior manager of client services and deceitful owner."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Treat employees with respect and stop worrying about covering your own butts. Stop wasting money on employees who do nothing but have been there over 10 years."
"The pay is good, unfortunately the CTO has an explosive personality and will chastise employees in front of others and lie to employees. The Director of eServices has zero experience working with software development, does not understand the risk involved in working with large software applications and will undermine the team by pulling key people off of projects when on the critical path to work on vanity projects then blame other people for his mistakes."
"I love software development.I hate nothing about being a senior developer."
"Love to code. The idea of creating a project from scratch is exciting."
"I love being able to apply my skills as a senior developer whether with a start up or a billion dollar company. Though it is very easy to get stuck in a job that becomes redundant or without challenge."
"Some employees had little to no experience working in a Linux environment, so many responsibilities were on me. The mindset was imbalanced towards the Windows way of doing things so many great technologies and possibilities were overlooked until I pointed them out. It was daunting and a difficult battle, but once people saw the benefits, they supported the technologies. The work was very enjoyable and I broke ground with my development. Feels great making a positive difference."
