"I have had a lot of freedom and decision making authority"

"All in all, it is a good company to work for. Go in prepared, Dow uses a formed scripted for interiews for consistency and fairness."
What don't you like about working at Dow Chemical?
"It is very large and it can be hard to move up. It is very easy to be nitched."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Allow the company's vision to be longer than 1 year. Too much internal churn of people moving around at the same level."

"No micromanaging. You make our own schedule. Telecommute as needed. Employee outings."

"Be an expert at what you do because Godaddy pays well but they expect a lot in return."

"Lack of reporting, lack of support when critical issues arise."

"Dedicate time to creating reporting tools. More communication is needed."

"Company founder was a very dynamic and successful leader and he very much appreciated and cared for the Engineering staff which he demonstrated through very generous and unexpected bonuses."

"Give examples on how much of a self-starter, resourceful and creative you are in solving problems as these attributes are key factors to success."

"Small companies inherently have a difficult time competing against larger more established firms during difficult economic times which adds greater pressure to workforce."

"Continue doing the same, but become more diverse in the company's service offerings."
