"They just need to be themselves and be honest with their experiences because they will have to manage the performances themselves with the client."

"They don't seem to keep track of contract eith their clients and most times they never even visit nor talk with the client nor manage the relationship with the client so the contractor is usually left alone at client site."

"Build a close related client relationship and keep communication lines open with client till a contract ends."

"Virtual office culture. Extremely large. Sub-optimal transparency and communication across organization."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Connect with your employees. Assist them with career management. Adopt 360 peer-peer review. Reward new employees who do well. Integrate the long and very-long term loyal employees with the new ones. Monitor the inertia building up in the higher ranks of people who have been with IBM all their lives and are getting comfortable with it."
