"Interview and ask thorough questions. Company is too bottom line oriented and is quick to RIF. Too much emphasis on billing hours."

"Closed review system. Black balling a standard practice. When challenged, managers take a defensive attitude and are not open to change and process enhancement."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be aware that some of the mid level managers are not in the correct positions. Project managers need to be more involved and see that some senior leads are not the correct persons for the job assignment."
