"Great managers at the company. Good product and product positioning."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"No sales experience, good luck. Successful Presidents Club verifiable experience, you'll do well. If you have prior pharma/medical experience, strong base pay vs. the guy without it."
What don't you like about working at Ciba Vision?
"CIBA Vision trips on its own shoelaces when it comes to product recalls, pricing inequality between private and national accounts (upsetting the equilibrium within the marketplace), and the lack of ability to validate doctors with their problems (ostrich strategy)."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Call upon your sales people and sales managers for ideas to see if they work. Too much top down thought."
