"Internal politics is probably the worst. Some of the managers have been with the company from the beginning and they really don't deserve the job they have. Always a fight for power"

"Change is needed in the management - not many have the aptitude for the job"

"There's been so many changes and turnover, I wouldn't know what to advise. 90% of the product is paper and shelving. You might consider a more progressive company."
