"I have worked here for a year and the management is a "good ol' buddy" system."

"It's a great company. I'm happy to have worked there and would work there again in a heartbeat should a position open up."

"SRC is a great company to work for. There are many long term government-related projects and the company doesn't treat its employees like a number. Telecommute positions are very limited and restrictive. There is more push of relocating people to Charleston, SC but at least SRC will pay for it. The only reason I didn't fully relocate to Charleston is that its a tourist town, thus not really family-based for those that own homes there. Charleston is a good place to visit, just not live there."

"Flexible work schedule, proximity to customers, flexibility in running projects your own way with some guidelines and experienced personnel to assist if necessary."

"Company culture is mostly controlled by your program manager. Try your very best to meet your program manager."

What don't you like about working at Scientific Research?

"Promoting based on the highest dollar figures coupled with the culture of providing high dollar opportunities to individuals who are not the most qualified for the positions."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Value quality as well as quantity. Take the time to know who is the most qualified for a position by posting it as opposed to hiring the person who sits next door."
