"I was hired to take this local office to an ISO qualifications. I was placed under a project manager who had a very highly classified project. I was told I had full rein to do what I needed to do. When I was ready to have two of VPs sign the plans I had created, the other two VPs decided to lay off 13 employees to downsize their workforce. Many who were hired when I was hired were also laid off. The two other VPs wished to do the certification from a part time person in another location."
