"The staffing agency was unprofessional. They dropped the ball on several occasions with proper placement. And if you call and ask about anything they pass you to about 3 different people before finally saying they will call you back. Of course they never return calls, so you have to literally badger them to get an answer."

"Very bureaucratic agency where things move very slowly."
"It’s complicated. And I am extremely loyal. My word is my bond. I took a federal oath and found it ethically challenging to keep my word and approve 99% of EISL RAPID COVID Disaster Relief Loan Application (all filed into or before January 31st, 2020)."
"I have worked for SBA for two years, SBA is located in Boca Raton Fl, and has 20 offices nation wide. SBA also has offices in 7 countries. I worked out of the Charlotte NC office. I am responsiable for two offices in our market , Charlotte NC, Ashland Virginia,. SBA has a ton of training if you need it. The markets can get kind of stressful if you dont take the time to re tool yourself."
"I have worked for SBA Office of Disaster Assistance, on and off, since 2013 processing/underwriting loans for homes and business affected by natural disasters such as fire and hurricanes and now for business affected by the COVID epidemic. SBA has an extensive training program and proper tools to get off the ground running. The trainers are very accessible while you are learning and then once on a Team, your team is great in answering questions. The hours are long, so it may not be the job for everyone but the pay is good and you know your are helping others each and every day. I would recommend working here if you are looking for a good temporary contract job."
"I have worked for the SBA for 1 year and have found the experience to be a great one. The organizational culture is one that encourages development, creativity, and fosters growth. My team leads have helped me grow personally and professional, and for that I will be forever grateful."
"As a new and temporary employee, my experience is limited with SBA. However, communication with my immediate supervisor is constant and amendable. The training was the best I've ever received from an organization and the equipment provided is very good."
"lots of overtime otherwise it’s dead-end work"
"Through my years with the SBA, I have seen business rise from the very start of an idea to achieving their dream of owning a small business. During my time there, I worked with a very dedicated and committed team, From March of 2020 until the present, we rolled out the largest economic recovery programs through the use of the Paycheck Protection Program, During this time, I was continuously adapting to the ever changing regulations, policies and procedures of the program, Although I feel my time at the SBA, there was limited opportunity to continue to work remotely"
"I have only worked for SBA for only a month so far. The training is very good."
