"I enjoy my work and it is a good place to work"
"I have worked for SBA Office of Disaster Assistance, on and off, since 2013 processing/underwriting loans for homes and business affected by natural disasters such as fire and hurricanes and now for business affected by the COVID epidemic. SBA has an extensive training program and proper tools to get off the ground running. The trainers are very accessible while you are learning and then once on a Team, your team is great in answering questions. The hours are long, so it may not be the job for everyone but the pay is good and you know your are helping others each and every day. I would recommend working here if you are looking for a good temporary contract job."
"I am currently a contractor for the SBA. I enjoy my career with them but it is a short term contract."
"I was presented an opportunity to work for the Small Business Administration as a Loan Processor as soon as I graduate from college. I have encountered many applicants that have told me I saved their company and their lives by reviewing applications thoroughly. The job is easy to follow and produce."

"I enjoyed working for the SBA, the company is very supportive of its workers."
"As a new and temporary employee, my experience is limited with SBA. However, communication with my immediate supervisor is constant and amendable. The training was the best I've ever received from an organization and the equipment provided is very good."
"It’s complicated. And I am extremely loyal. My word is my bond. I took a federal oath and found it ethically challenging to keep my word and approve 99% of EISL RAPID COVID Disaster Relief Loan Application (all filed into or before January 31st, 2020)."
"I have only worked for SBA for only a month so far. The training is very good."
"SBA is a good place to work. Its primary focus is helping businesses with obtaining loans and individuals and businesses with disaster assistance in a timely manner through a team working process to move applications to completion."
"I have worked for SBA for two years, SBA is located in Boca Raton Fl, and has 20 offices nation wide. SBA also has offices in 7 countries. I worked out of the Charlotte NC office. I am responsiable for two offices in our market , Charlotte NC, Ashland Virginia,. SBA has a ton of training if you need it. The markets can get kind of stressful if you dont take the time to re tool yourself."
"Great Place to work lots of traveling"

"Very bureaucratic agency where things move very slowly."
"I have worked for the Small Business Administration for the last year. It is a fantastic place to work with fully capable leaders at the helm. We service small business acquisitions across the nation. Specifically my group maintains and creates security baselines for the entire SBA network from Headquarters (based in DC) to the most remote locations within the nation. We protect threats from the internet (DDoS, Port scans, malicious files) as well as internal threats (rouge PCs)."
