"SAP in general is a great place to work. But the La Crosse office has a lot of issues. Low morale due to mismanagement is the biggest issue. But there are some very talented non-managers there that are great to work with."

"SAP executives tend to defer to what they are most comfortable with. They need to either take the time to really learn about the indirect model, or they need to defer to the people they have put in positions of leadership that do understand."

"Recognize that this is a very large organization, and most of your day to day job will be to figure out who and how to do your job."

What don't you like about working at SAP?

"Being a large organization who makes decisions collaboratively, it's very hard to get work done. you have to get buy-in from several people/groups to their approval, otherwise the project is at risk. Not to say that the input isn't valuable, but too many cooks in the kitchen doesn't create high quality."

"Allow more executives to make decisions, rather than giving other teams/people not in charge to negatively impact creation and development."
