Lead Software Engineer

"Amazing culture, great work life balance, high degree of autonomy, lot's of opportunities to be creative; however the potential to grow teams in the Bay Area location is a struggle as it is considered a high cost location to the headquarters"

DevOps Engineer

"I very much appreciate the time, experience and my co-workers at SAP. The benefits were top notch and the work life balance was good. The loss of senior people and the lack of local replacement employees was a prelude of what was to come but do to the work load, I was some what surprised by the reorganization. This was my fault, I should have had better situational awareness."

Lab Intern

"It was a good environment. Interns were invited to the same meetings as VPs and directors. Every week there would be training courses for all employees as well as coffee corner events where high level management are invited to answer any questions employees have for the company."

Software Developer

"SAP is a fantastic organization to be a part of. Their leadership is highly goal oriented, which has led to their successes over the years. The workplace culture is focused on your work output, and less so on micromanagement of stringent rules. My only gripe as an IT developer is that not all teams will adopt up to date practices and tools. I sometimes find myself using old technology and processes because other team members don't want to update their skills."
