The loss of senior people and the lack of local replacement employees was a prelude of what was to come but do to the work load, I was some what surprised by the reorganization. This was my fault, I should have had better situational awareness."

"This is a very aggressive, competitive organization. They are focused on sales first, foremost and always. If you can't deal with that kind of a culture, you will not do well."

What don't you like about working at SAP?

"Not being fully committed to the channel strategy and as a result, not allocating resources to the organization."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"SAP executives tend to defer to what they are most comfortable with. They need to either take the time to really learn about the indirect model, or they need to defer to the people they have put in positions of leadership that do understand."
