There are opportunities to move up, if retail is what you want. Being part of Wal-Mart Stores Inc. also provides the opportunity to relocate anywhere you want to, including the home office. Professional careers are almost exclusively out of the home office."

"The company had some very good mangers and they were very effective at communication with their employees."

"Just be honest about yourself and how hard you work and if it meets the needs they will hire you."

What don't you like about working at Sam's Club?

"The people that you work with can make the day fun and even though some customers can seem to ruin your day, they brought you right back."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management I wish would of stayed more local. They kept moving around stores but were all very good."
