"Come in for a formal interview process. The culture of employees is digital, but the parent company is more formal."

"Can be cold and slow moving at times. Is not as nimble as other digital companies in the space."

"the work is tedious sometime, don't like how our dept always get the worst tasks"

"automate alot more process or maybe even hire to do some of the new process work, alot of tedious tasks"

"I started with Cobalt back in 2003 when we were a very unstable wobbly toddler. We grew into an awkward teenager and then a proud young adult ready to concur the world and we did. We proved ourselves and were bought up by ADP."

"Suit up, show up, give it your best and always be honest. If this job is meant to be for you, you will most likely get it and if it is not you are free to pursue your passion."
What don't you like about working at Cobalt?
"I don't like working for a company as large as ADP and I feel my work their is done."

"None really.....People don't usually leave companies, they leave bad managers. This is not true in my case."

"My duties, the employees, the culture and flexibility, our vision, and the drive to succeed were what made my job fun every day."

"Be open, honest, and you must be passionate about the vision of the team you want to work on, whether that be the Platform and Community, the Advertising, or the Content teams."

"There wasn't much I didn't like, except perhaps the layout of our offices and the confusion of work structure."

"Listen to your employees and allow them room to grow and build their positions into something amazing that truly benefits both themselves and the company."
