"I like the overall progress of the organization towards IPO but there are few areas where I wish the company could do better for instance, process, leadership and immediate actions."
"It's a market driven company, so product managers outrank engineers. There's a fair amount of turnover, especially the top engineering manager; they seemed to quit a month after taking the position, then we'd go twice that long before getting another one. CEO is a great guy with charisma; I always felt he was doing a good job."
