What do you like about working at Markem-Imaje?
"Having a large territory to manage and the freedom to arrange my own schedule."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be honest. Read as much as you can about the marking and coding industry if you do not have any experience in that market segment."
What don't you like about working at Markem-Imaje?
"The lack of guidance, response and assistance from management. Also, the complete inconsistency of leadership."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to your sales team. They are in the field everyday, and their ultimate goal is success for the entire company."
What do you like about working at Intelligrated?
"The company was great to work for. I had a family member who made it impossible for me to work there."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Just do your job well and know that there are groups of people that they need to understand."
What don't you like about working at Intelligrated?
"The support structure was not enough. Several times I wished they could help me meet some business timelines."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They need to stay true to their business. They shouldn't let personal issues stand in their way of being a great company."
What do you like about working at Intecom?
"One of the best jobs I have ever had. I was able to work in almost every department in the company from installation tech, support, engineering, marketing and sales. I was able to work with some of the best engineers and customers I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Microsoft, Apple, Coke, SMU, State of Texas were just a few of the companies I had a chance to work with while at Intecom."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Intecom does not really exist anymore. Sometimes the best technology does not always win in the market. If we were talking about the mid 90s I would give them 5 starts but would not recommend them at this time."
What don't you like about working at Intecom?
"Intecom made one of the best PBXs on the market but had trouble in the late 90s."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Intecom was purchased by Aastra in 2000 primarily for the technology and customer base Intecom had. Not sure what I would suggest to management at this point."
What do you like about working at Omtool?
"I like working for a small company that allows me to experience working all different aspects of the pre and post sales cycle."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be honest with the person you are interviewing with. The hiring managers are looking less for your knowledge of the position and more for how you, as a personality, will fit with the rest of the team. I highly recommend working for Omtool if you get the chance."
What don't you like about working at Omtool?
"They offer more money upfront to new employees and rarely give raises beyond that."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More recognition throughout the year, not just on an annual basis."
