"I absolutely love speaking with customers and learning/analyzing what the customer's business needs are, and gathering all of the facts and putting together the most technically and cost effective solution for the prospect or existing customer. The most undesirable fact of the job is when the customer asks for a product or solution in which I cannot deliver or even assure that we will deliver at a future date."

"None that I can think of but give it 4 years and then maybe we will have some pros."

"Don't do it, you will regret it, not a good place at all."

"Sales consultants are FREE labor. They are used to dealing with any area of the business that is lacking."

"Management should be fired and hiring people that can do it."

"There was nothing enjoyable about working at Net Atlantic other than a few people that were fun to hang out with."

"Do not ever interview with Net Atlantic unless you are currently unemployed and desperate."

"Everything: Work load, unfair distribution of work, poor benefits, below standard wages, poor HR practices."

"Sell the company to someone who can manage it effectively."

"I liked nothing at all. Some coworkers are great but management sucks."

"Don't waste your time. You don't want to work there and probably won't get hired anyway."

"I disliked everything. Management sucks. You get written up for being late, calling out, going to the bathroom, talking too much, and anything else you can think of."

"Fire and start over with new management, and don't be so hard on people. We are not slaves."

What do you like about working at Duggan Manufacturing?
"nothing, nobody is on the same page. manufacturing doesn't support sales, sales doesn't support anyone, and the other admin functions don't know how or care what other need support with. Management doesn't support team members its easier for them to replace people then train them."

"dont interview here, it's a waste of time. With the number of competitors in the space you're better off contacting the another shop if you're interested in this type of fabrication."

"The over-time is nice but working 6-7 days a week is expected not appreciated."

"The people you have aren't the problem, the way you treat them is. Stop condescending and speaking about floor personnel behind their backs. The comments you make end up making it back to the floor."

"The extreme unprofessionalism from the owner and the 2nd person in charge who happens to be just a old service tech knows nothing about sales or people and but thinks they can make sales decisions"

"Get ready to be at the mercy of shallow-sighted management."
What don't you like about working at hibu?
"The managers have a knack for being very shallow-sighted, often subject to tunnel vision and narrow thought processes. Goals are determined by overseers, and are many times unrealistic to say the least."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If I were running the show, I would concentrate on listening to my employee's suggestions for new products, instead of focusing on exactly what I want. I would have weekly leadership meetings, focused on growing employee communication skills through team-building exercises and collaboration."
