"no, this is a small company family owned and family involved. Minimal growth outside the family."

"None. I had great interviews and came out of the gate running. New management meant a new vision contrary to mine."

"My boss was let go and my new boss had a different vision that my previous. Due to this, I was laid off shortly following my boss. It was very disconcerting."

"Do what you say and say what you do. Be open to suggestion even if it comes from a former employee."

"The benefits are weak. The CEO is a workaholic and naturally expects the same from you. Also, he maintains direct competitors to his own sales staff. It's in Fort Wayne, IN."
