Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Know going into this job that you are going to be on the phones. If you want to move up fast then shoot for being a floor supervisor at first and handling the tough calls. Once you do that you can gain some momentum and go for other positions."

What don't you like about working at Sprint?

"People in high positions with not a whole lot of knowledge of what they were doing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More training focused on time management and problem solving with people who are on the floor."

What do you like about working at Wachovia?

"I like the hard working people on my team. I enjoyed helping loan officers across the country and using their different styles to their advantage in increasing their production"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Since it is Wells Fargo now. My advice is to find out what you can bring to the table and how you would fit with the culture. Be honest with yourself and the company. The worst thing to do would be to work for a company that you do not like. Enjoy yourself and thrive."

What don't you like about working at Wachovia?

"They were bought by Wells Fargo. I do not like the communication channels. However, I really do not have any negative feelings about Wachovia."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They should put experienced loan officers in bank branches that have compliance oriented managers to help them correctly take loan application. They should also be able to cross sell while building a referral base."
