"They said they wanted you to have good work-life balance but they really didn't. The district manager would get upset when you took a weekend day off."

"If you really want the managers to be able to take a weekend off a month to be with family, Don't get upset when they actually do it."

"It's a rather impersonal company to work for, all you are to them is a number that is easily replaced with the next man in line. They have no loyalty to their employees."

"The inconstancy of their demands, wants or needs. As a department manager, everything was always changing when it came to standards of the department. Also lack of manpower."

"Hire some employees to help at a store level. It would make the whole environment of the store a lot nicer and more efficient."
