"The entire management team manages by intimidation. The majority of the communication is done through threatening the workforce."

"There is life outside of RSC, and have some respect for the people who work there. In sales, I realize that you are as only as good as what you have done today, but they take it to a whole different level."

"I would suggest that they would be aware of DOT safety issues and hold the company accountable. They would need to move up the chain of command to get issues addressed."

"I was not happy that the management would not address various DOT Safety issues with their trucks."

"I would suggest that management follows the rules that the DOT sets up for the safety of their drivers and other drivers on the road."
