"Figure out how to lower employee turnover, was 35%, change autocratic leadership style, better manage expectations of employees, I'm not sure that corporate understands what is going on at the field level"

"I would suggest that they would be aware of DOT safety issues and hold the company accountable. They would need to move up the chain of command to get issues addressed."

"The entire management team manages by intimidation. The majority of the communication is done through threatening the workforce."

"There is life outside of RSC, and have some respect for the people who work there. In sales, I realize that you are as only as good as what you have done today, but they take it to a whole different level."
