"11 years with this company. Very stressful and unorganized group. The Management team is the problem as they expects 100% performance from the Employees but they gave 40%. Management dumped other departments responsibility off on the Customer service team and provided no additional compensation. Communication from the Management team is horrible due to turnover rate."
