"The company's policy is to promote high values and strong work ethics in a diverse and highly cooperative environment. In my humble opinion, their greatest challenge to these lofty ideals and this probably goes for most large companies continues to be real change at the individual level to conform to better attitudes and behaviors and especially to be able to see outside the box.
