"In order to have quality sales you need quality sales representatives. In order to keep these types of people you need to provide them with the desired result you are looking for and when they achieve or exceed these goals you should reward them as indicated."

Tell them about your focus on upselling accessories and data along with whatever features are available. Tell them about your focus on F.A.B. Features Advantages Benefits for the customers."
