"More in depth selling materials to better help achieve the sales objective."

"Tech Support and customer service. The current manager does not micromanage us."

"Don't expect to move up in the ranks. Managers don't get paid well."

"dislike trying to get sales and competing against other employees."

"higher commissions. more consistancy. intentionally try to raise morale and make employees feel appreciated."

"I like the new technology, decent compensation, team atmosphere, and the entry level positions available."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you are looking for a job that constantly challenges you every day with something new, go for it. Be prepared for crazy levels of stress mostly from being micromanaged (all dependent on your manager). Burnout rate is extremely high for this position, so take you vacations and personal days when given to you, and do not let them build up. If you take a position with Verizon Wireless that is commission-based, make sure you plan ahead, as some months are great and others you will be scraping for numbers, as expected commission is estimated based on what was done last year and on new products launching."
What don't you like about working at Verizon Wireless?
"Management within Verizon Wireless has a trickle-down effect. Every manager at Verizon Wireless is looking to get promoted to the next level, so they take whatever they hear from the next level up and exaggerate the goals to make them look better, and for the most part they succeed. The problem is, once it gets to the store level which is front-facing to our customers, the goals set forth are almost impossible."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make one policy and stick with it for each different sector of the company. There are too many different systems and policies for customer service retail and tech support."
What do you like about working at Core Wireless?
"I loved the rush of selling new products to new people."

"be a quick learner and quick witted on your feet."
What don't you like about working at Core Wireless?
"They slashed our comission by 50 percent and there is no support."

"I would ask management to keep tthe stores stocked with fast selling products."

"I liked being exposed to different customers every day at RadioShack, and having access to the latest wireless technology"

"The position is very basic. However, if you have any interest in technology, especially wireless communication devices, this is an excellent start to break into the industry."

"I didn't like the lack of support from management and upper management."

"Support front line sales associates. They are the true and only backbone of the company."

"The lack of opportunity for growth and control of one's career in the company."

"I enjoyed building relationships with coworkers whom I still know and have friendships with currently."

"This position is a very low-level sales position. The position is not very demanding, but at the same time you will not be compensated as well as most sales positions do."
What don't you like about working at RadioShack?
"RadioShack does not sell cutting edge services and products that appeal to the marketplace. The initial training is very short , about 3 days, and then it's all learning on the job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have more sales rep/manager store meetings to address how sales reps can increase their overall sales and have more success at initial point of sale."

"Love the clothes and the atmosphere, The Village on Park Royal is a excellent place to be."

"Be honest , show how you love work with clothes , if so , and smile!"
What don't you like about working at Pilar's Styling Boutique?
"Sometimes after 6 pm the store was too slow. I cleaned all the store , and keep the clothes organized but sometimes was nothing to do."

"Improve the advertising, I believe that , many ladies doesn't know about the boutique."

"The pay and benefits are average to above average, and the contribution amount for insurance is comparable to other companies."

"This may be a good place to start a career, but it is VERY unfriendly to women and those over the age of 35. For all their talk about fair labor practices in these regards, they do little to prove it."
What don't you like about working at Verizon Wireless?
"The company has changed in the last five years. At first I felt that they truly cared about employees and work/life balance but over the last two years that has changed. Now it's all about the sale, and integrity be damned."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get managers who know how to lead, not managers who know how to cheat customers to sell the most data or accessories or smartphones. Lead by example. This should not be a do as I say and not as I do kind of place."
