What do you like about working at Quantum Catch?

"Boss is a world class scientist. I can use my own laptop. No clock in/out necessary (I can go grab coffee, lunch, or a snack without issues)."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I think the CEO is a very fair negotiator, so there isn't any tricks to yet. Just make your demands and back them up with fair arguments, and I'm sure it'll be fine."

What don't you like about working at Quantum Catch?

"Optics research is at the core, but there are no optical benches and opportunities to experiment with optics on your own."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management is fine as most of them work offsite most of the time"
