"I like working in the medical/health enviroment. I like finding out about medical situations that I've never heard of."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Come to work and do your job suffieciently and the most accurate that you can do. Stay out of the drama, do good at your job, and you will be fine."
What don't you like about working at Southeast Georgia Health System?
"I don't like the fact that there are so many negativity going on. It's alot of he said/she said situations. It seems like certain people are always trying to get the other person in trouble. Alot of micromanaging also. It seems employees are getting in trouble more with the smaller issues, rather than bigger issues."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give more positive feedback rather than constant negative feedback. Your employees will feel more appreciated, if you aknoledge positive feedback instead of negative. All the time."

"The district grew so big, so fast, all the schools do not have same procedures and the communication is slow."
