"No advancements and way too much unethical practices in upper managment. Those who stutter do not bring down the bank. Those who have disabilities work the hardest and succed the most."

"Do not follow the Enron book of ethics when it comes to handeling fraudulent accounts and be more honest. Promote those who are good and want to be promoted and education does matter."
