"This is a company full of the haves and have nots. You'll fine that there are a dizzying level of various management structures in place that aren't necessary. The latest "simplify and grow" initiative is a move to consolidate a portion of these positions, but instead of spreading salary increases to the associates that earn significantly less, management generally gives themselves a pat on the back with an additional raise."

"I have enjoyed working for Regions although they seem to have a difficult time keeping employees in our department. Many seek employment elsewhere and seem to obtain higher wages. Because of the constant turnaround, those of us who have been here a while really have to step up to the plate constantly. I missed vacation time one year simply because I was working so much and forgot to take it before it was too late! I am very prompt and dedicated to my work."
