The latest "simplify and grow" initiative is a move to consolidate a portion of these positions, but instead of spreading salary increases to the associates that earn significantly less, management generally gives themselves a pat on the back with an additional raise."

"Company has changed management since I have left, I am not familiar with current management.."

"got heavely involved in fee income at the expence of helping people get a loan. Did not like sub prime lending."

"Focus on helping people improve their credit do not put them into something that they cannot afford!"

"I had the opportunity to move around the company to different departments. Give me a change to explore the different department we had. It was Great!"

"There was no training and it was very much a learn as you go environment."

"A little more hands on training would provide more of a baseline of knowledge."

"Don't! They will lie to you to get you hired and then tell you they are working on getting it fixed!"

"I was lied to in my interviews before I was hired and my demands to come on board were never met! They also have no heart for the medically disabled."
