Traveling between sites allows for a wide variety of relationships built among clients, some of which become long-term contacts with either parents of students. Being able to oversee staff and maintain company standards across the locations add to the purpose of my job, ensuring everyone is on par with the mission intentions and delivery system so all clients receive equivalent experiences."
