"Since they eliminated my position due to lack of budget, along with my fabulous supervisor, I really can't say anything too nice about them."

"Hire back the people you fired, since you willnot be able to recoup any money, anyway, you could at least score points in the good will category."

"I used to enjoy working on the med/surg floor several years ago when they were staffed well, but that has changed drastically. The day they assigned me as the only RN for 23 patients was the day I started looking elsewhere for a new job!"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You don't need any advice for the interview. They have driven so many employees away, they are absolutely desperate for workers right now. They will hire anyone. But after you are hired on, don't blame me, I tried to warn you!"

What don't you like about working at Regional Medical Center?

"They treat employees like slaves. Administration has actually made the comment, employees have to take whatever we dish out, there's nowhere else for them to go work. Over the past few years, they have implemented pay cuts, eliminated per diems, eliminated contributions to 401k plans, reduced vacation time earned, cut benefits for part-time people, completely eliminated sick time for all employees, and have driven away or fired nearly every experienced and competent nurse they had. The few who remain are miserable and complain constantly about how badly they are treated and that they need to look for another job elsewhere. The new people they hire seem to only last a few weeks before they are fed up and leave in disgust. Physicians are leaving in droves as well."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The situation is so bad right now, I don't know that any kind of advice could help at this point, the general concensus is that they are headed for bankruptcy and a total meltdown."

What do you like about working at Regional Medical Center?

"Clark was a great organization to work for. They understood the work life balance and embraced it. The people there were like family and cared about each other. The health benefits were outstanding and rather inexpensive. They allowed me to be involved in every aspect and encourages job growth."

"The only complaint is the inability to pay for the amount of talent and work."

"Stop having meetings just for the sake of having a meeting."

"I was a volunteer. They didn't have any openings so I took a full-time job with another company. However they do have good benefits and I hear a lot of positive things about Riverside."

What do you like about working at Regional Medical Center?

"The people were great to work with and the patients were easy to communicate with."
