"Ryan Cha, the Broker was always available to answer any questions you had about your files. He also was very good at guiding new agents making sure that everything was done within guidelines. Further, he would also provide resources for new agents to sell property or advertise which were all cost efficient."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Work hard and be yourself."

What don't you like about working at Ready Real Estate?

"The required monthly meetings. Although they were informative, the meeting venue was far from my residence."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More advertising to drive client to your company. You have an excellent program, however, I don't feel that it was advertised enough to make an impact."
