"Since working for RAPP in June 2019, I have learned and grown in my journey as a Data Analyst from both a technical and character perspective. The team at RAPP is very friendly and welcoming, and encouraged my growth in my technical skill-set as well as my soft skills in terms of client-facing and teamwork building. RAPP is a great employer and I would strongly recommend the company to both clients as well as potential employees."
"RAPP was awful... poor morale, poor work, poor leadership. While I was there they must have lost millions of dollars worth of accounts. And the VP of tech was a petty tyrant. Stay away!!"
"Great people. Company needs better sense of direction and a differentiated brand value proposition which everyone who is paying attention at the company knows. This needs to be backed up with action or it will never be seen as real. Wish the team the best though, super hard workers."
"I worked for Rapp for a long time. This last year or two was the worst. This Rapp office did not seem to be getting any new clients and did not seem to do much to retain the clients that they had. It seems that they got to be more concerned with money than servicing the client. Do not get me wrong, I understand a company is there to make money but you still have to perform for the client. Employees leaving (either by quitting or getting laid off) seemed to be a regular thing."
"Good"
