"For almost 8yrs my job was too good to be true. In late summer corporate brought in a new GM with no high volume retail experience. This individual is narcissistic, power hungry and controlling. Bit by bit staff is getting gone. I resigned almost immediately. Store will have turned staff over and completely changed staff by at least 80% January 1st. Yikes!!!"

"If retail is your thing, definitely jump on board- management will give you as much responsibility ask you ask for, and will help you advance. And I loved that they always worked around our scheduling needs."

"Keep a positive attitude and be ready to deal with a lot of unruly customers. The work place is very relaxed and pleasant but the customers make the job very very difficult and psychologically draining."

"The customers are used to a very relaxed customer service in which the customer can pretty much get ANYTHING they really want. This puts a lot of pressure on the CSR as we try to balance the company needs, our ego, and the customer"

"Upper management. It seemed to be more political than anything else. Performance and accomplishments are underappreciated."

"Try to keep employees happy rather than having to assess the situation when one resigns. This has happened on mutliple occassions in our department."
