"If retail is your thing, definitely jump on board- management will give you as much responsibility ask you ask for, and will help you advance. And I loved that they always worked around our scheduling needs."

What don't you like about working at Ralph Lauren?

"There's not much to not like, but I wish the pay was higher."

"Don't stop being on the sales floor with the associates- it's great to see managers straightening the store and helping customers."

"Keep a positive attitude and be ready to deal with a lot of unruly customers. The work place is very relaxed and pleasant but the customers make the job very very difficult and psychologically draining."

What don't you like about working at Ralph Lauren?

"The customers are used to a very relaxed customer service in which the customer can pretty much get ANYTHING they really want. This puts a lot of pressure on the CSR as we try to balance the company needs, our ego, and the customer"
