What do you like about working at Hardy Diagnostics?
"Great community environment to work in. Co-workers are kind and care for each other. The employer cares about your health and well-being and in return, the employees care about the company. There is a lot of freedom given to those who work hard and want to grow in their career. If you show initiative, you will be trusted to make big decisions and help shape the future of the company. The company is growing rapidly and there's ample opportunity for growth and career advancement with this company."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This workplace hires for personality first and experience second. Be yourself and be honest when you interview. Let us get to know you. It will make a bigger difference than a strong resume with all the right answers."
What don't you like about working at Hardy Diagnostics?
"Santa Maria isn't the most exciting place to live or work, but it's safe enough and there's no traffic issues. Even though compensation is competitive for the area, it's generally challenging to make enough to buy a house and support a family in Central California."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep doing what you're doing and encourage employees to help grow the company into the prosperity we know it will see."
What do you like about working at Alstom?
"Usually, good communication and collaboration with peers. Periodic international travel is interesting."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It is a good company with interesting, society-beneficial work. Familiarize yourself with the basic objectives of EMS, SCADA, Energy Markets, and SmartGrid."
What don't you like about working at Alstom?
"A very large company with decisions impacting efficiency made by very-remote executives. Basically, we are a technical division in an industrial company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make careful decisions about enabling local autonomy versus centralized management."
What do you like about working at Nokia?
"I like a company that I could grow together with. The company culture focus on both winnings - the success of business both for itself and its customers, and winning of people, so its employees could happily work for it."
What don't you like about working at Nokia?
"I don't like too much paper work in company daily procedures. I understand the importance of paper work but we should have flexibility in some real cases."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep communication with employees. If we can understand their need inside we would be able to keep them, which possibly means keep our best business running smoothly and bring in profit."
What do you like about working at AngioDynamics?
"I liked the products and the working environment in our office, however, the company made the decision to close the CA facility and move all engineering positions back to the Boston, MA facility. I was given the opportunity to transfer the Boston, however, chose to stay in CA."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"In the long run AngioDynamics will be a good place to work. Just be prepared for some minor challenges over the next year due to the changes caused by the merging of 2 companies."
What don't you like about working at AngioDynamics?
"I actually enjoyed working at the company, I am looking for a new opportunity because AngioDynamics is closing down the California facility completely, all personnel are being let go by the end of 2012."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The company is going through a lot of changes since the recent merge; in the long run these changes should be good for the company. I have no additional suggestions at this time."

"being a large company there are always different projects to choose from"

"if one ever come to this country where engineering and especially electronics counts next to nothing I advise them to look elsewhere"
What don't you like about working at Vestel?
"in efficient and non motivating management. Mediocre say nothing, hear nothing type of employee treatment."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Whole management system must change to understand team leadership and employee performance appraisal"
