What don't you like about working at Meadowcraft?
"The general manager took me out to lunch one day and we had a real good time. He ordered a beer and I ordered water. He said Oh, come on let's have a few beers together! I said OK, and we drank about 5 beers. we returned to work and he had H.R. take me to the clinic because he said he smelled alcohol on my breath, of course the test was positive and I was given the choice to resign for personal reasons and they would give me a good reference OR not resign and they would fire me for poor job performance. I got SHAFTED!!! I am still extremely upset about this because everyone was ALWAYS praising me for my accomplishments, willingness to work-many hours overtime and weekends for free, because I was salary) and for they always praised me for my performance. It was purely personal. I have contacted a lawyer. The lawyer said I have a good case but to try to work it out with management. So far he will not reply to my messages except for the first one when he said NOT to contact mim or any other member of management or he would RUIN my future career at any company!! I am still waiting for a response before I file a lawsuit. Please forward this to UPPER management and possibly we can avoid legalities over this matter."
