"I love working with food, I am very focused on details and I love liaising with customers and supplies to achieve the desired quality of the products. My degree is about applying reasonable judgment and scientific approach to a very important branch of the food processing industry. It is paramount to make sure all is in place."
"I was still learning the Quality side and all the regulations behind my position. We had to prepare for audits, train employee's on GMP, SPC and other job descriptions. I enjoy working with people and sure missed the production team as far as being on the floor making things happen. I spent a lot of time working on specifications updating or reviewing them. I would go out and check production quality work. You need to have a trainer that is prepared and willing to train by the guidelines."
