"I have worked at Albaad, USA for over 6 years and started off as a Shift Manager and then promoted as a Quality Assurance Supervisor. There is always room for improvement in every department and training employee's so everyone is on the same page. Albaad has parent plant Israel, sister plant Germany and of course in NC. We had a daily goal of 45,000 per machine through put and met at 90%. I worked off shifts, weekends and filled in when necessary to help keep production running."
