What do you like about working at Access Business Group?

"I liked interfacing with regulatory agencies from around the world , and developing systems and policies to improve quality. I enjoyed working with and training people and listening to them to help improve the way they did their jobs."

What don't you like about working at Access Business Group?

"Since many site swereso widely distributed sometimes it was a little hard to get the teamwork ball rolling as there was a strong 'not invented here' attitude. But once iwas able to break the ice the teams reallly began to work well together and we were able to share and learn a lot from eachother."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To spend more time walking around and asking questions as to what is working or not and why we do things they way we do."
