"There's no growth pattern beyond the traditional accounting firm mentality. You may go to a different group, but there is a ceiling. Change is also not handled very well. The words may say they are, but the actions are very contradictory."

"Recognize the value of all of your people, not just the ones who fit the preconceived mold."
