"Go in enthusiastic, looking forward to learning. Demonstrate a willingness to work hard. Go wherever you are sent, and be open to become a recognized expert in whatever interest you pursue."

What don't you like about working at PwC?

"There's no growth pattern beyond the traditional accounting firm mentality. You may go to a different group, but there is a ceiling. Change is also not handled very well. The words may say they are, but the actions are very contradictory."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Recognize the value of all of your people, not just the ones who fit the preconceived mold."
