"I do not like the location of the building. We are located in Newark, NJ, which is not one of the safest cities in NJ."

"The ability to be promoted within the company is extremely challenging under the current structure so that is a negative for me."

"Just be yourself, I wanted to work for Prudential as a perm employee but they didn't have any openings so I worked only as a temp."

"The overall organization, they had a nice gym and cafeteria and nice grounds to do power walks on my lunch hour."

"Be available when needed, my particular manager was out a lot and it made it difficult to get work done."

"No help from immediate supervisor as promised. Not accurate compensation."

"There are days when I have a lot free time because I finish things fast. I get to use it to study or just read. Everything is very laid back so there isn't a lot of stress."

"Know yourself and your skills. Don't blame others and take responsibility with what you do, even if you mess up."

"The commute is long depending on where I work. Sometimes the agents need things right away when I have already told them I need times notice. Materials need to be updated ASAP."

"Communication could be a lot better. I would also like to make sure everyone else knows how things work, like getting things ordered or services we have."

"Generally a good company to work for. If you're able to roll with the politics at times, you can go far."

"Being micromanaged, politics control too much. Not forward thinking enough, newer technology takes too long to be embraced."

"Have a lot of questions and expectations of what you expect from a company. Have concise goals written and be sure that you perform them and keep a positive outlook."

"I feel that the company is outdated and they are not investing into improving for the future. I have been the youngest agent there now for 7 years."

"They need to become more aggressive with recruiting, education, and technology. The company has great owners but there is a lot of room for improvement."
